Our Vision
We are a family of academies who share one vision:
To provide the highest quality education for young people in the communities we serve.
Our vision goes beyond our own Trust. We want to contribute to the broader regeneration of our region by empowering our students to have high aspirations, achieve excellent outcomes and enjoy learning.
Our Schools
Our trust currently comprises of two secondary schools and one sixth form spread across two different locations in the south of Sunderland. This gives us an excellent understanding of our local area, the needs of its children as well as an excellent foundation from which we can grow.
Southmoor Academy
Southmoor Academy is a coeducational secondary school in the Grangetown area of Sunderland, Tyne and Wear,
Sandhill View Academy
Sandhill View Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in the Grindon area of Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
The Sixth Form at Southmoor
The Sixth Form at Southmoor is a 16-18 further educational provision attached to Southmoor Academy in Sunderland.
Our Feedback
We pride ourselves on building positive relationships between our schools, our pupils and home. This is reflected in the excellent feedback we receive that not only helps us understand where we are succeeding but also allows us to understand how we can improve and adapt to help busy parents.
